Where It All Began
Top Roofing & Construction was established in Miami in 2023 by founder Fernando Brinones, bringing over 10 years of hands-on experience in construction and roofing. It emerged from a clear and repeated reality: homeowners, property managers, realtors, and HOA representatives were often required to make critical roofing decisions without the clarity they needed.
In a saturated roofing market, many responsible decision-makers were left managing risk under pressure. Inspections felt rushed, explanations lacked context, and long-term implications weren’t always clear at the moment they mattered most.
Top Roofing was created to change that experience.

Meet the Founder
My name is Fernando Brinones, and I’m the founder of Top Roofing & Construction.
With a background in civil engineering, I’m also a Licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked directly in construction and roofing — estimating projects, analyzing structures, supervising job sites, and ensuring work meets both technical standards and real-world conditions.
But beyond titles and credentials, what truly defines how I work is Responsibility.
Every roof I inspect represents someone’s home, investment, or community. That’s why I stay personally involved in each project, take the time to explain findings clearly, and make recommendations based on engineering judgment — not assumptions or pressure.
